Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use disciplinecollect.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Disciplinecollect Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Disciplinecollect Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Is General

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work begins.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent if you have questions about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Please do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How Disciplinecollect Tree Service Is Paid

Disciplinecollect Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
